Delivery & Payment Information

• All stock is held in NZ. In the infrequent event of a mistake in our stock quantity we will contact & refund you and let you know. 
• We ship within New Zealand and can supply prices overseas upon request to Australia, United State of America, United Kingdom, Russia and the main Pacific Islands near New Zealand
  
• Default prices are in NZD.
• All prices already include NZ GST. 
• Any import taxes, custom fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not cover these.
• Website has wholesale pricing available online upon application where applicable
• Payment methods currently include Paypal, Poli Pay (a secured site allowing bank to bank payment (Gives us a fast confirmation of payment)) and  we also accept payment by bank transfers through your own online New Zealand banking system. Although this latter payment method is a much slower method for us to confirm payment. All deliveries are made on a payment completion first basis and we endeavor to get goods to you based on a Monday to Friday working week. 

• We use Courier Post for New Zealand North Island & South Island delivery, Courier post for PO Boxes,  and NZ Post for Overseas deliveries. We will normally send items off within one working day of payment being confirmed (Working day being Monday to Friday). Please let us know if your New Zealand delivery has not arrived within 4 - 6  working days so that we may follow it up.

• Shipping costs include packaging and materials and are set prices. Outside the regions listed above  -  we may look at shipping costs on an individual basis through our contact form (Using "Contact Us" submission tab). Current NZ Shipping prices are Urban NZD$5-70, Rural NZD $9-00 for DC jacks. Our website also uses combined shipping calculations  - For Example 1 or 2 dc jacks and many more still cost only $5-70  Urban Combined Shipping in New Zealand or $9 for Rural.
